There may be a day/days where no trades will occur. All subscribers and viewers agree to be aware of these conditions.

Registered Users Terms
All Registered Users are Subject to Terms and are in Approval of this “Subscriber Agreement”
If any member distributes any content from any member content pages, and/or chat room information, forwards any tweets from any trader affiliated with The future LCC without my permission will have his/her subscription terminated without refund. Members may not forward The future LCC emails, posts, SMS messages, affiliated private slack workspaces, or affiliated private Twitter messages in any capacity. The sharing of passwords/accounts is strictly prohibited. Any of these is a violation and your membership will be immediately terminated without refund. Legal action will be taken against individuals who steal and/or share our content/intellectual property without explicit permission.
The following values have been assessed for our intellectual property. If you share/steal our intellectual property, you will be required to pay the following fines for each infraction:
– Educational document: $1,000,000 USD
– Conference call: $150,000 USD
– Alert: $100,000 USD
– Daily Market Recap: $100,000 USD
– Chart: $50,000 USD
– Non-alert based post: $20,500 USD
Any posts, comments, threats, or anything a moderator deems inappropriate is grounds for your membership termination without refund.
Billing/Cancellation/Refund
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must make a cancellation request to The future LCC@www.thefutureadvisoryco.com prior to your renewal date/time. There are no refunds for any reason after your payment is submitted and processed.
Risk-Free Trial
If you wish to cancel your trial and receive a refund, you must do so within 48 hours of your initial signup. There are no refunds given after this 48 hour period. The risk-free trial is only allowed for first-time subscribers.

In that regard, The Future LLC may disclose the client’s information: (1) to individuals and/or entities not affiliated with The Future LLC, including, but not limited to the client’s other professional advisors and/or certain service providers that may be recommended or engaged by The Future LLC in furtherance of the client’s engagement of The Future LLC (i.e., attorney, accountant, insurance agent, broker-dealer, investment adviser, account custodian, record keeper, etc.); (2) required to do so by judicial or regulatory process; or (3) otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with the parameters of applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.
The disclosure of information contained in any document completed by the client for processing and/or transmittal by The Future LLC to facilitate the commencement/continuation/termination of a business relationship between the client and/or between The Future LLC and a nonaffiliated third party service provider (i.e., broker-dealer, investment adviser, account custodian, record keeper, insurance company, etc.), including, but not limited to, information contained in any document completed and/or executed by the client in furtherance of the client’s engagement of The Future LLC (i.e., advisory agreement, client information form, etc.), shall be deemed as having been automatically authorized by the client with respect to the corresponding non-affiliated third-party service provider.
The Future LLC permits only authorized employees and affiliates who have signed a copy of The Future LLC’ Privacy Policy to have access to client information. Employees violating The Future LLC’ Privacy Policy will be subject to The Future LLC’ disciplinary process. Additionally, whenever TheFuture LLC hires other organizations to provide services to The Future LLC’ clients, The Future LLC will require them to sign confidentiality agreements and/or the Privacy Policy.
